Heating Tool Bends Large Acrylic Sheets

The KHD bending devices consist of two rectangular aluminum bars, a pair of high-precision temperature control switches, and sturdy aluminum retention units. Both bars contain an electric heating element that provides uniform, continuous heat on either side of a plastic sheet to allow smooth and precise bends. Typical applications for KHD bending tools include the manufacture of plastic signs, displays and trade show exhibits.
