“You have to see it print to believe it. The quality and speed is amazing! The new Jeti 3148x2 UV True Flatbed stole the show in Chicago, and with the introduction of our new Jeti 3324 Aquajet RTR Direct toFabric opens up a new niche in an already exclusive market, this puts us in a league of our own.” James Gandy CEO & Chairman for Gandinnovations”

Gandinnovations renowned for its production of high performance digital printers will be showcasing their new Jeti models at the SGIA Show in Orlando, along with their already famous range of Jeti Printers. The Jeti 3324 Aquajet RTR Direct to-Fabric our the first 3 meter wide Dye Sub printer using Specially In-house formulated, Waterbase Dye Sublimation inks, is unquestionably the most versatile and fastest 3.3m (10’10”) meter grand-format digital printer designed explicitly for the fabric and textile printing industry.

“The Jeti 3324 Aquajet now achieve bold, vibrant, solid colors when you print direct to all fabrics. We’ve eliminated the old system of printing to paper first for direct color. It’s one process that will save print shops time and money,” says Hary Gandy, President of Gandinnovations.

The Jeti 3148 X2 UV Flatbed Printer featuring 48 Spectra High Performance print heads and a 5’ x 10’ (1.52 x 3.04 meter) printing area. These 48 heads allows for ink designation of 8 heads per color allowing 6 color combinations and can achieve unbelievable printing speeds of 158 sqm/hr (2400 sqft/hr) in production mode. This truly is the fastest true flatbed on the market today.

“With the release of these new Jeti 3148 X2 UV Flatbed which features 48 Spectra print heads we have yet again responded to the needs for high quality and speed printing in the today’s marketplace” Cosimo Coffa Vice President of North American Sales for Gandinnovations.

Gandinnovations will be showcase their Jeti 3348 UV RTR which utilizes 48 Spectra heads and environmentally friendly UV curable inks to produce the fastest output of any UV roll to roll grand-format printer on the market today. The UV lamps instantly dries the ink to a number of materials including fabric, canvas, vinyl, plastic film, paper and polyester opening many new markets. The flexibility of printing in 6 color with True 1200 dpi resolution on any material gives the Jeti 3348 UV RTR the highest quality of any printer in its class achieving 80 sqm/hr (900 sqft/hr) in the quality mode.

This printer includes many feature such as the take-up unit allowing the machine to be run by a single operator. The technological enhancements are the software upgrade, which can detect if any individual nozzle may be misfiring. The software will automatically compensate the saturation, safe-guarding the image output. This safe-proof technology is the first of its kind in the grand-format arena.

The Jeti 3348 UV RTR also includes an automatic head capping feature (auto caps in 15 minutes if machine sets) and automated air vacuum system, which eliminates manual head wiping.

The Jeti 1224 can be seen in action at SGIA, this is a compact and economical flatbed specifically designed to give print shops the flexibility they need,” adds Gandy. The Jeti 1224 UV True Flatbed uses 24 Spectra print heads to produce high speed graphics in 6 colors, with 1200 dpi, it achieves 40 sqm/hr (450 sqft/hr) in best quality mode. Also in action will be the Jeti 5024UV (5m wide with 24 Spectra Heads) making it the fastest 3m UV roll to roll printers in the market today.

Gandinnovations will showcase two hot accessory items the Jeti Liquid Laminate and the Flexform UV Inks.

The Jeti Liquid Laminate is an environmentally friendly, water-based product designed as clear-coat protectant to provide gloss, shine and scratch protection to grand-format images such as POP displays, car wraps and oversized banners. Resistance to scratches, chemicals, fade and pollution are among the high levels of protection that the Jeti Liquid Laminate provides. It’s also very easy to use, and can be applied with a simple sponge brush or can be sprayed. The clear coat dries to the touch in minutes, and is totally cured after just 24 hours.

Gandinnovations formulated Flexform UV Inks for producing vacuum-formable images. In the past, stretching substrates caused the inks “pull apart,” but now due to new technology and the consistency of Flexform UV Inks®, printed images can withstand not only stretching, but the high heat necessary to produce high-quality end results.

“We have been putting a lot of emphasis on improving our resolution. We were able to enhance software without loosing speed and now we offer improved quality via ink options,” James Gandy, CEO and Chairman of Gandinnovations.

Many of Gandinnovations Jeti Printers produce at speeds far outmatching anything else on the market, making it possible for high quantity production with multiple image changes, giving printers the ability to turn around normally higher-cost projects at traditional screen printing and conventional printing press prices.

See in action Gandinnovations new Jeti3324 Aquajet, the Jeti3148 X2 UV FB and the Jeti 3348 X2 UV RTR plus their hottest selling printers and accessories on the market today at SGIA ‘07 - October 24 - 27, Booth #2500.
