Westar System's VWF sublimation ink shows 31% more color strength
Colorado Springs, Colorado - Westar Systems released recent results from a color strength test of their Vibrant Wide Format (VWF) sublimation inks. The VWF ink set was tested against another leading ink and proved to have 31% more color strength. Westar System’s sublimation ink has always had a reputation as a vibrant, consistent ink with depth of color.
Westar Systems is a leading distributor, specializing in high quality sublimation ink and paper. Westar is licensed to distribute sublimation ink for use on wide format printers such as Epson, Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland wider than 44 inches.
Rich Brenner, Westar President said, “The results confirm our ink’s high quality and performance. The inks were tested at a European ISO facility using ink coverages from 10% to 100%. The net result was Westar System’s ink set has 31% more color strength across the composite ink set.”
Brenner, goes on to say, “When a customer uses our VWF inks with it’s stronger color strength they can obtain the same color, but with less ink, which in turn will save our customers money”.
Westar Systems VWF ink set with it’s 31% higher color strength combined with Jetcol transfer paper (which releases 18% more ink) provides the sublimation printer the best solution possible.
