New Hexis Cast Vinyl Film

Hexis USA LLC of Corona, CA announces the launch of a new generation cast sign vinyl film for cutting plotters. After an intense development stage, Hexis introduces the KG10000. The product carries enhanced 2mil cast vinyl film with the proven solvent-based adhesive and 137g/m² Kraft liner also used in their high performance line. Because of its Extreme flexibility and conformability this cast vinyl film is particularly recommended for long term applications on complex and compound curved surfaces and for vehicle full wraps. It features an outdoor durability up to 10 years and is thus the ideal high end solution for difficult curved substrates and rivets and all substrates with long life cycles.

The new KG10000 replaces the previous KG9000 series and is available in 31 gloss colors. The roll size is 98.5ft long and 48in wide.
