U.S. Screen Releases the Fast T-Jet 3™

April 2007 Tempe, Arizona ­ U.S. Screen Print and Inkjet Technology is proud to announce the latest addition to the Fast T-Jet product line - the Fast T-Jet3TM. The Fast T-Jet3TM features 30% faster print speeds compared to the previous T-Jet2 model, and has a longer low profile print bed for easier loading and unloading. Now you can produce a full size 12" x 12" (30.5 x 30.5 cm) print in one minute on a light shirt and in under three minutes on a black shirt with white ink. Small pocket images can be printed in about 15 seconds.

The Fast T-Jet3TM is a table-top unit that measures 30” W x 36” L x 17.5” H (76 x 91 x 44.5cm). Every printer ships standard with a four color inkjet technology (CMYK) plus white ink and a continuous flow bulk ink system. There are also six and eight color options available; Six color consists of CMYK plus orange and green and two whites, while the eight color (for light shirts only) is made up of CMYK plus orange, green, red, and blue. The T-Jet3TM also includes four 8 oz. starter bottles of FastINK™ TEXTILE colors, 16 oz. of FastINK™ White along with a gallon of special pretreatment for dark shirts.

The Fast T-Jet3TM will print on a multitude of items such as baseball caps (with the optional cap holder), towels, panties, shorts, mouse pads, bibs, bandanas and more. The deeper low profile bed even accommodates bulkier items such as hoodies and jackets. Use U.S. Screen’s FastARTIST™, a WindowsTM based graphics application (included), or any one of the many readily available graphics programs to create and print an image with the Fast T-Jet3TM.

FastRIPTM (Raster Image Processor) Software is provided by U.S. Screen to manage the quantity of ink printed as well as ICC color profiles for the printer. This software also works as a printer queue and there is a multi-queue option available for operating more than one T-Jet3TM at a time.
