VersaCAMM Grand Prize Attracts Roland Vehicle Graphics Contest Entries
Irvine, CA - Sign makers, screen printers and vehicle graphics professionals from the U.S. and Canada continue to submit their designs for the first-ever Roland Wrap Vehicle Graphics Contest, hoping to capture the grand prize of a VersaCAMM SP-300V 30” inkjet printer/cutter.
The Roland Wrap Contest is an industry-wide competition for the best Scion xB designs, open to U.S. and Canadian professionals. The deadline to enter the Roland Wrap Contest is July 31st.
“Roland inkjet printers and integrated printer/cutters are ideal for a variety of vehicle graphics applications including custom wraps, partial wraps, pinstriping, window film and protective bras,” said Brian McLeod, managing director for Roland’s Color Products Division. “In addition to awarding valuable prizes, this event provides us with the opportunity to demonstrate the unique versatility of our product line. We are pleased that so many industry professionals are taking this opportunity to showcase their creativity, and we look forward to receiving more entries in the weeks ahead.”
To enter, professionals can submit their best Scion xB designs to Roland’s Web site at www.rolanddga.com/wrap for judging by a panel of company experts and industry pros. Designs will be evaluated for their creativity, effectiveness and technical quality, with the grand prize, a Roland VersaCAMM® 30” integrated printer/cutter, going to the contest winner. Cash prizes of up to $1,000 will be awarded to the top contest finalists.
In addition to receiving a new VersaCAMM, the grand prize winner will be awarded an expenses-paid trip to the SGIA ’06 conference September 26th 29th in Las Vegas. At SGIA, Roland will display the designs of contest finalists, with the winning design printed and displayed on a Scion xB.
