Roland Promotes Dave Goward and Bruce Lauper to New Executive Management Positions

IRVINE, CA - Roland DGA Corporation, a leading provider of wide-format inkjet printers and integrated printer/cutters, today announced the promotions of two members of its executive management team. Dave Goward has been named Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, and Bruce Lauper has been named Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer.

Goward has more than 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience, including 22 years in the sign and graphics industry and 12 years with Roland DGA Corp. At Roland, Goward has been instrumental in developing the company’s sales, service and distribution models that have helped the company grow 600 percent during his tenure. Goward is actively involved in Roland’s Global Strategy Committee and serves as a board member of NASMA.

Lauper has 25 years of accounting, auditing and financial management experience in various fields, including 10 years of public accounting. During his career, Lauper has successfully managed various teams that have provided practical solutions to problems and issues encountered by companies. At Roland, Lauper implemented a plan of identifying information technology needs, hiring appropriate personnel and implementing solutions that have enabled the company to grow 250 percent since 2000. He currently serves as the company’s corporate secretary.
