New Hexis 2006 Inkjet Glossary

Hexis USA of Corona, CA announce the release of a new edition of their popular Digital Printing Glossary. The booklet explains the most common and recurring technical words relating to inkjet printing, color management, media and printer technology. It focuses on practical advice for non-specialists or those who want to familiarize themselves with the specialist vocabulary of digital printing.

Previous editions proved to be extremely popular both with end-users and with distributors. The 2006 edition has been extended and now features an inch-metric conversion chart and includes more basic terms targeting a wider audience. There are numerous new entries and many others have been revised in order to take the latest technology changes into account.

As in the previous version the glossary list terms that you will encounter in day-to-day dealings with the digital printing business covering subjects as color profiles, ink and media types, printer technologies and basic facts about materials and adhesives.
