ISA Promotes The Value Of Signs On Forbes Radio Network
Alexandria, VA - Tens of thousands of business leaders will discover the remarkable economic value of signs through a broadcast interview airing soon on Forbes Radio Network.
International Sign Association (ISA) President and CEO Lori Anderson was recently interviewed by Forbes Radio Network to discuss the value of on-premise signage to the business community. According to Anderson, "Signs are a valuable, cost-effective advertising medium, providing business identification 24 hours a day, seven days a week."
"On-premise signage not only promotes the businesses being advertised, it has a significant influence on America's local economies," continued Anderson. "We have research that shows that a single sign can help a business establishment increase its sales by 25% the first year the sign is up, and that leads to increased tax revenue for localities and cities."
The interview will be broadcast worldwide on 27,048 American Airlines flights for the entire month of April 2006, the same month of ISA’s premier event, the ISA International Sign Expo, to be held April 5-8, in Orlando, FL. A preview of the interview is available on ISA’s Web site at www.signs.org.
American Airlines is an official airline of the International Sign Expo 2006. For more information about the International Sign Expo, visit www.signexpo.org.
ISA is a 1,900 member organization composed of manufacturers, users, and suppliers of on-premise signs and sign products produced by more than 400,000 employees in all 50 states and 69 foreign countries. ISA exists to support, promote, and improve the $30 billion-a-year sign industry, which sustains the nation’s nearly $3 trillion-a-year retail industry.
